When you register via a social platform, DoorVi receives profile information that varies by provider but typically includes your name, email, friends list, and profile picture.

We do not control, and are not responsible for, other uses of your personal information by your third-party social media provider.

Our servers are located in India. For users outside India, your information may be transferred internationally. We implement protective measures including the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses for transfers between our group companies and third-party providers.

8 Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this policy unless otherwise required by law.

No purpose in this notice will require us keeping your personal information for longer than nine (9) months past the start of the idle period of your account.

After that period, data is deleted or anonymised unless backup archival prevents immediate deletion.

However, no electronic transmission or storage technology is 100% secure — we cannot guarantee absolute protection against unauthorised access or theft.

If we discover that a child's data has been collected without consent, we will deactivate the account and delete the information promptly.
