Refund & Cancellation Policy

Understand our return, refund, and warranty terms before placing an order

1 Overview

This No Cancellation Policy applies to all orders for DoorVi QR Codes — including printed plates, stickers, and any customised digital QR assets. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree that once your order is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or refunded.

Why? Each QR code is generated and customised specifically for you (unique code, mapping, and branding). As a result, production begins immediately and the product cannot be repurposed.

2 Policy Terms

  • No cancellations or refunds once an order is confirmed (including payments captured online or via invoice) and production or provisioning has begun.
  • Order previews & approvals: Where artwork proofs are provided, your approval is considered final. Post-approval changes may be treated as a new order.
  • Address / detail errors: Please review your shipping address, apartment numbers, and spellings carefully at checkout. Incorrect details provided by the customer are not eligible for refunds or reprints.
  • Manufacturing defects: If you receive a damaged or defective printed item, notify us within 7 days of delivery with photographs. We will arrange a reprint or replacement after verification.
  • Courier issues: Delays caused by courier or logistics partners are outside our control and do not qualify for cancellation. We will assist with tracking and resolution.
  • Service activation: QR code linking / activation is considered a delivered digital service once provisioned to your DoorVi account.
  • Bulk / Enterprise orders: Any special terms in a signed agreement will prevail for that order.

3 Refund Policy

At DoorVi, your security and satisfaction is our highest priority. We work tirelessly to delight you with our service. If you are dissatisfied or do not like our products for any reason, we will gladly issue a full refund for any full-priced (non-discounted) merchandise that is:

  • Unopened and unused
  • Returned within 20 days from the date of purchase

Simply contact us at media@doorvi.co and return the products to our address. If we arrange collection, postage will be charged at actuals and deducted from the refund amount.

Refunds are issued within 7 days after we receive the product and complete a quality check.
We cannot offer exchanges or refunds on opened or used products. In exceptional cases, we may issue a gift card instead.

Please allow 7 days from the day you return your package for your request to be processed. You will be contacted once your return is complete.

4 Warranty

DoorVi is not responsible for damage after delivery. We offer a one-year warranty on the QR Kit covering:

  • Damage during delivery
  • Internal defects or product failures
No refunds will be processed if a warranty claim is accepted. A successful warranty claim makes you eligible for a replacement only.

We have a set procedure and SOP that must be followed to claim warranty on our products. We request your full co-operation in this process.

5 Damage & Shortage Claims

All claims for shortages or damages must be reported to customer service on the day of delivery with an unboxing video.

An unboxing video is mandatory to claim shortage or damage in transit.
