3 Cancellations in Transit
For orders that are cancelled after dispatch while in transit, or rejected at delivery (in case of COD orders), shipping costs will be charged for both the outward and return journey at actuals.
4 Delivery Responsibility
DoorVi shall not be responsible for delivery taken by an alternative person at the delivery address. Please ensure someone authorised is available to receive your order.
