Delivery Pre-Approval Demo: Let Couriers In Without a Call

Missed deliveries and calls in the middle of a meeting end here. Paste the tracking number from the courier's email into the DoorVi app. At the gate, the courier scans the QR, taps Delivery, types the last 6 characters and picks your apartment. Only the delivery room or building gate opens, and you get a photo when the parcel is in.
How it works in 4 steps
- Open DoorVi → Delivery → paste the tracking number.
- Choose how long it's valid: today only (default), a specific date, a time window or repeat.
- At the gate the courier scans the DoorVi QR (no app), taps Delivery, enters the last 6 characters of the tracking number and selects the apartment.
- DoorVi matches it, unlocks only the delivery room or building gate, takes the courier's photo and notifies you ("Parcel delivered at 14:32").
Forgot to add the tracking number?
That's okay. The courier can still call you through DoorVi; you see who's there and open the delivery room remotely, from anywhere.
Security
- Opens only the delivery room or building gate, never your apartment door.
- Time-limited: each pre-approval expires after use or when its window ends.
- Repeated wrong entries lock entry.
- A courier photo is taken for security, with a notice on screen.
- Every delivery is logged.

When a delivery's coming, I open DoorVi, tap Delivery, and paste the tracking number from the courier's email. It's valid just for today, and it expires after use.
